About me

about me

Hi everyone,

I’m Anna and my mission is to help you develop sustainable habits which will boost and protect your health, as well as make you feel and look great.

I would be very happy to see you for an initial consultation, to get to know you and explore how you could benefit from my unique coaching programme, which combines one-to-one consultations and practical workshops.

Perhaps you need a bit of motivation to exercise regularly, or some help to control caffeine or sugar cravings? Maybe you just need strategies for wiser food shopping? You may already be including regular physical activity and healthy foods in your everyday life but find you are struggling with excessive stress. It could also be that you know what to eat, but it’s how you eat that needs to be addressed: always in a rush, on the go, multitasking?

Whatever it is that would improve your lifestyle and make you feel healthier and happier will be the focus of your personalised programme.

About me

I love the outdoors and nature, trying out new fun activities, spending time with my family and friends, discovering the world and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

My culinary experiments are subject to my husband Alessandro’s critical examination. Being a disciplined triathlete himself, he constantly challenges me and motivates me in sports. He is passionate about juicing and is always up-to-date on the latest juicing trends.

Coach in Running Fitness, licenced by and insured through England Athletics.

In order to be part of a large and varied community of therapists in the UK and to be able to exchange experiences with other professionals, I am a member of the Federation for Holistic Therapists.

To stay updated with the latest developments in the public health sector, I have also joined the Royal Society for Public Health.

I am fully covered by public liability and malpractice insurance.

Continuing my education is key for me as I want to be able to advise my clients on the most recent findings and trends in the ever developing sector of health and wellness. I therefore regularly attend various workshops and conferences.

In May this year I had the chance to meet two juicing specialists: Joe Cross and Emma Wood. Joe Cross is the author and founder of rebootwithjoe.com and maker of three documentary films, including “Fat, sick and nearly dead”.  Emma Wood is the founder of Blend & Press – one of London’s leading cold pressed juice suppliers. These two encounters definitely gave me a lot of inspiration for more experiments with juicing! In June I attended the conference Behaviour Change – Something for Everyone organised by the Royal Society for Public Health. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the activities of health trainers in the UK.

Having studied music and languages in my native Poland and in Austria, I moved to London to pursue a career in the classical music industry. After a busy and successful 8 years in orchestra and artist management, I realised that it was time for me to move on to something very different. My decision was triggered partly by my exhaustion from frequent international travel, my daily commute and the relentless flood of emails I had to deal with on a daily basis, and partly because I have always had many interests and felt a strong new calling inside.

As Steve Jobs said, “if you do something and it turns out pretty good, then you should go do something else wonderful, not dwell on it for too long. Just figure out what’s next.” And so I did. I decided to make a big career change and haven’t looked back since. Running my own health coaching business and being able to support people in developing diet and lifestyle habits which improve their health every day has been a fascinating and rewarding experience.
