I will be doing a free talk on Mindful Eating at 10:30AM.
I will talk about developing a healthy relationship with food and learning how to be present during meals. If you find yourself often eating on the go, in a hurry, at your desk or in front of the TV, then you could certainly benefit from attending this talk, which will include some practical exercises too.
Eating in a mindful way can help with weight management and digestive issues and it can also simply teach you how to enjoy your meals more!
Also, after the talk, between 11:30AM and 12:30AM I will be available for 1-to-1 chats on anything related to health coaching. Hope to see you there!
