WALKING FOR HEALTH & FITNESS
Walking is an underrated form of exercise. Brisk walking has all the same benefits as running! So if running is not for you, join our group walks!
Just like with running, for walking one can choose interesting routes, train in a group, include different elements in a session and even prepare for a ParkRun. Yes, you can WALK a ParkRun! 🙂
I hope to make these group walks regular very soon. Join me for the first walk on Friday 7th April at 8AM. Suitable for various levels of fitness.
